Excise Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 9 October 1991.

1.1 The Excise Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
2.1 Subregulation 186 (2):
After paragraph 186 (2) (b), insert:
“(ba) stores for consumption or use in an aircraft that is engaged on a flight approved under subsection 15 (1) of the
Air Navigation Act 1920.”.
