REGULATION UNDER THE EXCISE ACT 1901‑1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulation under the Excise Act 1901‑1923 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Excise Regulations 1913.

(Statutory Rules 1913 No. 345 as amended to this date.)

Regulation 179 of the Excise Regulations 1913 is amended by the deletion of the words “Indoor Officers—9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.” and the substitution of the following words in lieu thereof:—

“Indoor Officers 9 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.”
