REGULATIONS UNDER THE EXCISE ACT 1901-1923.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

115 (e) (1) Absolute alcohol delivered under these Regulations to any Public Hospital shall be used only in such Hospital and for scientific purposes exclusively.
