Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees and

Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees
and Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)      if gazettal day is before 1 July 2014 — on 1 July 2014; or

(ii)      if gazettal day is, or is after, 1 July 2014 — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Evidence (Video and Audio Links
Fees and Expenses) Regulations 1999.

4.             Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

Schedule 1 — Fees

1.              Booking fee

(a)	Intrastate link ..............................................	$ 86.50
(b)	Interstate or overseas link ...........................	$129.00

2.              Hourly fee

Per hour or part of an hour ......................... $ 68.00
