Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees and

Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees
and Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Evidence (Video and Audio Links
Fees and Expenses) Regulations 1999.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

(1) In regulation 2(1) —

(a) before “proceeding” insert:

civil

(b) in paragraph (a) delete “video link or audio link; or” and insert:

video link; or

(c) in paragraph (b) delete “video link or audio link,” and insert:

video link,

(2) In regulation 2(2) delete “or audio link”.

5.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete “video link or audio link,” and insert:
