Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees and

Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees and Expenses) Amendment Regulations 2003.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Evidence (Video and Audio Links Fees and Expenses) Regulations 1999*.

4. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 1(1) by deleting “$50.00” and inserting “ $57.00 ”;

(b)

in item 1(2) by deleting “$75.00” and inserting “ $85.00 ”;

(c) in item 2 by deleting “$40.00” and inserting instead — “ $45.00 ”.
