Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Evidence (Prescribed Persons)

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Evidence (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2005.
4.	Regulation 4 amended In reu1ation 4 delete the office" and insert:

5.            Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5 in the Table:

(a)	delete the rows referring to Christine Danielle GARBIN and Denise Anne GAL VIN;
(b)	insert in alphabetical order according to family name:

Denise Anne	McKENNA	01/08/68	B.Sc (Med Sc)
Gregory Michael	VALLANCE	19/01/72	B.Sc (Biology) Associate Dip (Biological and Chemical Technologies)
