Evidence (Domestic Violence Proceedings) Amendment Regulation 2024 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Evidence (Domestic Violence Proceedings) Amendment Regulation 2024.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 September 2024.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Evidence Regulation 2017.

4   Amendment of s 4A (Prescribed matters for domestic violence proceedings—Act, s 103C)

Section 4A(2)—
insert—

(c)Coolangatta within the Gold Coast Magistrates Court District.
