1Name of Act

This Act is the Evidence (Consequential and Other Provisions) Act 1995.

2Commencement

This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

3Repeal of Acts

The following Acts are repealed:

  • Evidence Act 1898

  • Evidence (Reproductions) Act 1967

  • Evidence (Evidence on Commission) Amendment Act 1988.
