Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .15 June 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, Act means the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 . 4Certain tribunals prescribed as Tasmanian courtsThe following tribunals are prescribed as Tasmanian courts for the purposes of the definition of "Tasmanian court" in section 3 of the Act: (a) Mental Health Tribunal; (b) Motor Accidents Compensation Tribunal; (c) Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal; (d) Tasmanian Industrial Commission; (e) the Tribunal constituted under section 12 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 ; (f) Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 23 June 1999

These regulations are administered in the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations.
