Evidence and Procedure (New Zealand) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia:
(a) acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council; and
(b) requests in writing having been made by the Governor of New South Wales and by the deputy of the Governor of Western Australia, performing and exercising all the powers and functions of the Governor of that State, that certain courts of each State be specified for the purposes of subsection 22 (1) and paragraph 36 (2) (b) of the
Evidence and Procedure (New Zealand) Act 1994 ;make the following Regulations under that Act.
