1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Evidence Amendment Regulation 2025.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Evidence Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of s 4B (Prescribed places for relevant proceedings—Act, s 103ZZD)

Section 4B—
insert—

(3)For the Childrens Court the places are—

(a)Brisbane; and

(b)Townsville.
