1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
a	classifications in the public service as
n	classifications to which sections 107A and 123C

ti	of the Evidence Act 1958 apply.

2. Authorising provision

is	These Regulations are made under section 152(2)
g	of the Evidence Act 1958.
e	3. Prescribed classifications in the public service

In regulation 5 of the Evidence (Affidavits and

n	Statutory Declarations) Regulations 19981—
a
ri	(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
to	"(a) non-executive employee Grade 2 to
ic	Grade 6 (inclusive) and Senior
V	Technical Specialist;";

(b) for paragraph (da) substitute—

"(da) Forensic Officer Level 2 to Level 7
