W HERE AS by a deed of grant dated the fifteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty- three, and numbered 9221, all that parcel of land in the © State of Queensland containing one acre two roods seven- teen perches, situated in the county of Stanley, parish of North Brisbane, city of Brisbane, being allotment one hundred and fifty-five (hereinafter referred to as "the said land"), and more particularly described in the said deed of grant, was granted to Charles Frederick Alexander Francis Schirmeister, Ivan Feodorof De Caesarowiez,

Edward Augustein, Charles Frederick Weller, and Sebastian Heussner, all of Brisbane aforesaid, upon trust, for a Lutheran Church school and minister's residence, and for no other purposes whatsoever: And whereas the said land is now vested in Carl Ehregott Treuz, Carl Seipel, Gustav Adolf P nzli, Gustav Eduard Bergemann, and II ermann Lather, as such Trus- tees as aforesaid: And whereas the said Trustees are desirous of mort- gaging the said land to an amount not exceeding three thousand pounds and applying the moneys so raised towards the erection of buildings on the said land: And whereas it is anticipated that the revenue to be derived from the said buildings will be sufficient to provide the interest due from time to time in respect of the said mortgage moneys and to repay the said mortgage moneys at the due date thereof: And whereas it is desirable that the aforesaid powers should be conferred upon the said Trustees subject to the conditions by this Act prescribed: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliamen't assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. This Act may be cited as " The Evangelical Short title. Lutheran Church, Wickham Terrace, Act of 1910." 2. In this Act the term "the Trustees" means and interpreta- includes the said Carl Ehregott Treuz, Carl Seipel, Gustav"' Adolf Bun zli, Gustav Eduard Bergemann, and Hermann Lather, and their successors in office who for the time being are Trustees of the said land. 3. (1.)
