1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012
(Amendment No 2).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land to which Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies and, in particular, to Lots 1–3, DP 700880, Lots 7 and 8, Sec 13, DP 758710, Lots 4, 5, 10 and 11, Sec 18, DP 758710, Lots 1–4, DP 800767, Lots 1 and 2, DP 1138105 and Lot 3, DP 1004604, being land located on Queen Street, John Street, Church Street and Campbell Street, Moruya.
4 Maps
Each map adopted by Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
