The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Eurobodalla Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)	Lot 3, DP 865527, Kings Highway, North Batemans Bay, and
(b)	Lot 1, DP 1225997 and Lot 2, DP 100129, 5 and 7 Clyde Street, Batemans Bay, and
(c)	Part of Lot 87, DP 1007611, 2–26 James Street, Mogo, and
(d)	Part of Lot 1, DP 569490, Tarandore Point, Tuross Head, and
