1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a	Estate Agents (Contracts) Regulations 1997 to
n	delete from the "IMPORTANT NOTICE TO
o	PURCHASERS" contained in the contract note
ti	and in the contract of sale of real estate, the
la	property price exception from the cooling-off
is	period.
g	2. Authorising provision

L	These Regulations are made under section 99 of
n	the Estate Agents Act 1980.

ri	3. Commencement
to	These Regulations come into operation on
