The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Act 1992.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Repeal

2. The Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Regulations (being Regulations 1992 No. 14) are repealed.
