Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Regulations

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Act 1992.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Regulations.

Remuneration of Chairperson of Review Committee

2.  (1)  The Chairperson of the Review Committee shall be paid remuneration of $366.00 for each day on which he or she is engaged in holding public hearings for not less than 3 hours.

(2)  When the Chairperson is engaged in holding public hearings for less than 3 hours on a day, he or she shall be paid remuneration in respect of that day calculated at the rate of $122.00 per hour for the time during which he or she is so engaged.
