AN ACT to amend the Essential Foodstuffs and

Commodities Act 1979.

[Assented to 23 September 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Essential and citation.

Foodstuffs and Commodities Amendment Act 1980.

Act No. 1

(2) In this Act the Essential Foodstuffs and of 1979.

Commodities Act 1979 is referred to as the principal

Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Essential Foodstuffs and Commodities

Act 1979-1980.

Section 13

amended. 2. Section 13 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "thirtieth" and sub- stituting the following-

" thirty-first " .
