ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY ACT 1968
ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2)
1991
Made by the Esperance Port Authority and approved by His Excellency the
Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Esperance Port Authority Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.
Corn mencement
2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1991.
Principal regulations
3.In these regulations, the Esperance Port Authority Regulations 1969* are
referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation IA amended
4. Regulation IA of the principal regulations is amended—
(a) by inserting after the definition of "explosives" the following defini- tion—
" "general manager" means the general manager of the Port
Authority; ";
and
(b) by deleting the definition of "Secretary". Regulation 68 amended
5. Regulation 68 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "2.2 cents"and substituting the following—
" 2.5 cents ".
Second Schedule amended
6. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended—
(a) in Part I by deleting the fee amounts in the column headed "Wharfage" and substituting in corresponding order the following fee amounts—
"0.18", "2.90", "1.97", "3.47", "1.56", "1.79", "1.09", "1.09", "1.20",
"1.20", "1.01", "1.05", "0.14", "0.64" and "0.53";
and
(b) in Part IV under the heading "Harbour Improvement Dues" by deleting "27" and substituting the following-

Various provisions amended—replacement of references to "Secretary" 7. The provisions of the principal regulations specified in the table below are amended by deleting "Secretary" wherever it occurs and substituting the following—
general manager ".
