Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Esperance Port Authority

Amendment Regulations 1996.

Second Schedule amended

2. Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Esperance Port Authority Regulations 1969* is amended under the heading "SPECIFIC RATES", in the item relating to petroleum products, by deleting —

"(a) bulk, by pipeline., per kL 3.00"

and substituting the following —

iC

(a)	bulk, by pipeline —
(i) for any amount not greater

than 100 000 kL per kL 3.00

(ii) for any additional amount greater

than 100 000 kL but not greater

(iii) for any additional amount greater

than 200 000 kL per kL 2.10
