ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Esperance Port Authority and approved by the Lieutenant-

Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Esperance Port Authority

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Regulation 68 amended

2.     Regulation 68 (5) of the Esperance Port Authority Regulations 1969* is

amended by deleting "90 cents" and substituting the following —

7).

87.75 cents
