ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Esperance Port Authority and approved by His Excellency the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Esperance Port Authority

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Esperance Port Authority Regulations 1969* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 68 amended

3.      Regulation 68 (5) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

11.00" and substituting the following —

" 90 cents

Second Schedule amended

4.      The Second Schedule to the princiyal regulations is amended in Part 1,

in the column headed "Wharfage Dues , by deleting "1.23" and substituting

the following —

" 1.10

Passed by a resolution of the Esperance Port Authority at a meeting of the Authority held on the 25th day of February 1994.
