An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance to declare the Law

and Practice in cases of Escheat.

[Assented to 3rd August, 1868.

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia

and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of

the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

1. The limit of three months fixed by the seventh section of the Ordinance of the Legislative Council of the said Colony No. 3 of 1807,' intituled An Ordinance to declare the Law and Practice in cases of Escheat,' for filing in the office of the Supreme Court the traverse of the finding of an inquest, shall be and is hereby extended

and leaving the notice thereby required, is hereby extended to three

calendar months.
