This regulation may be cited as the Equity and Fair Trading Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Section 3, other than to the extent it provides for the amendment of the Business Names Regulation 1998 , commences on 1 July 2000. (2) Section 3, to the extent it provides for the amendment of the BusinessNames Regulation 1998 commences on 1 August 2000. ˙ Regulations amended 3.
