This regulation may be cited as the Equal Opportunity in Public Employment Regulation 1998 . ˙ Prescribed agencies—Act, s 3 2.(1) Each government entity under the Public Service Act 1996 1 is an agency for section 3 of the Act, definition “agency”, paragraph (c).
