EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Equal Opportunity Amendment

Regulations 1991.

Regulation 32B inserted

2. The Equal Opportunity Regulations 1986* are amended by inserting, after the heading "Part 10 — Management Plans" and before regulation 33, the following regulation —

Reporting date for certain authorities under section 146 of the Act

32B. (1) The chief executive officer of a public authority within the meaning of section 139 (1) (d) of the 26ict, other than a public authority referred to in subregulation (2), shall report to the Director under section 146 (1) of the Act no later than 8 August in each year.

(2) The municipal clerk of the council of a municipality
constituted under the Local Government Act 1960 shall report to
the Director under section 146 (1) of the Act no later than

8 December in each year.
