Enzootic Diseases Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Enzootic Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2009.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Enzootic Diseases
Regulations 1970.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 2 clause 9(1) delete “City of Bunbury” and insert:
Cities of Bunbury
(2)	In Schedule 2 clause 21(2) delete “City of Bunbury” and insert:

(3)	In Schedule 2 clause 33(2) delete “City of Bunbury” and insert:

5.             Schedule 4 replaced

Delete Schedule 4 and insert:

Schedule 4 — Charges

1.              Charges

(1)	The charges set out in the Table are payable for the matters listed in the Table.
(2)	For the purposes of this Schedule —

(a)	normal hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on week days; and
(b)	an inspection charge is payable for each 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes taken to undertake the inspection; and
(c)	travel charges are payable in respect of each 25 km or part of 25 km travelled from headquarters.
