Enzootic Diseases Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Enzootic Diseases Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Enzootic
Diseases Regulations 1970.

4.            Regulation 34A amended

Regulation 34A(4) is amended as follows:

(a) 1"

in paragraph (a) by deleting "Part and inserting " Division 1 Subdivision 2 ";

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "Part 2" and inserting instead —

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "Part 3" and inserting instead -

Division 1 Subdivision 4

(d) in paragraph (d) by deleting "Part 4" and inserting instead -

Division 1 Subdivision 5 ".

5.            Schedule 2 amended

(1) Schedule 2 clause 1A is amended by deleting "items" and

inserting instead -

" clauses ".

(2) Schedule 2 clause 9A(2) is amended by deleting "item" and

inserting instead -

" clause "

(3) Schedule 2 clause 36(2) is amended by deleting "item (1)" and

inserting instead -

44 subclause (1) ".

(4) Schedule 2 clause 9(1) is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "Bayswater,", "Swan, Wanneroo, Kwinana, "Mandurah,";

(b) by inserting after "Bassendean" -

"

Armadale, Bayswater, Belmont, Cambridge, Joondalup, Rockingham, Swan, Victoria Park, Vincent, Wanneroo

(c)	by inserting after "East Fremantle;" -
" and the town of Kwinana; ";
(d)	by deleting the full stop after "Serpentine-Jarrahdale" and inserting instead a comma;
(e)	by deleting "Donnybrook, Balingup," and inserting instead -

(f)	by inserting a semicolon after "Nannup";

(5) Schedule 2 clause 2 1(2) is amended as follows:

6.           Schedule 5 amended

(a) by inserting before "Movement shall" the item

designation "3.";
