ENZOOTIC DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Enzootic Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Fourth Schedule amended

2.     The Fourth Schedule to the Enzootic Diseases Regulations 1970* is

amended -

(a) in item 1, subitem A by deleting "31" and substituting the following -

32 ";

(b) in item 1, subitem B -

(i)      by deleting "17" in the 2 places where it occurs and

substituting in each place the following -

18 ";

(ii)     by deleting "25" and substituting the following -

26 ";and

(iii)    by deleting "31" and substituting the following -

32 ";

(c) in item 1, subitem C -

(i)      by deleting "138" and substituting the following -

11 142 ";

41 30.00 "; and

by deleting "17" in the 2 places where it occurs and

(ii)     substituting in each place the following -

11 18 ";and

(iii)    by deleting "204" and substituting the following -

41 210 ";

(d) in item 2 -

by deleting "15.00" in the 2 places where it occurs and

(i)      substituting in each place the following

" 16.00 ";

(ii)     by deleting "2.00" in the 2 places where it occurs and

substituting in each place the following -

11 2.50 ";and

(iii)    by deleting "29.00" and substituting the following -

(e) in item 3 —

(i)      by deleting "1.50" and substituting the following — " 1.60 "; and

(ii)     by deleting "8.00" and substituting the following — " 8.50 ".
