ENZOOTIC DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Enzootic Diseases Amendment Regulations 1998.

Commencement

2.    These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

Fourth Schedule amended

3.   The Fourth Schedule to the Enzootic Diseases Regulations 1970* is deleted and the

following Schedule is substituted —

FOURTH SCHEDULE

1. Fees for inspection of Stock being imported or exported (regulations 28 and 31) —
FEES

A. General inspection inside normal or shift hours —

(i) At an inspection point, per 15 minute unit 14
(ii) Away from an inspection point —

per 15 minute unit, within 2 hours from the

commencement of the inspection 22
