STOCK DISEASES (REGULATIONS) ACT 1968

ENZOOTIC DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Enzootic Diseases Amendment

Regulations 1992.

Principal regulations

poultry.

2.      In these regulations the Enzootic Diseases Regulations 1970* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Part 12 repealed

3.      Part 12 of the principal regulations is repealed.

Second Schedule amended

4.      The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by inserting after item 1 the following item —
