1985—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Act 1985,

has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 November 1991.

Amendment
2. The Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting from clause 6 (1) the matter “$5” and by inserting

instead the matter “$6”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Regulation 1985 prescribes fees for licences and renewals of licences and other charges under the Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Act 1985 as the amounts obtained by multiplying a base figure in dollars by specified numbers of fee units. The object of this Regulation is to increase the base amount from $5.00 to $6.00.
