Environmental Protection (Waste Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection (Waste Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Environmental Protection (WasteManagement) Regulation 2000 . 3 Amendment of s 66P (Definitions for pt 6B) Section 66P, definition covenant , paragraph (a)— omit , insert — ‘(a) the document called ‘Australian Packaging Covenant’ under the measure mentioned in section 66O; and’. 4 Amendment of s 66Z (Expiry of pt 6B) Section 66Z, ‘1 July 2010’— omit , insert — ‘31 August 2011’.
