s1 2 s3 Environmental Protection Policies Amendment Policy No. 73, 2003 (No. 1) 2003 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This policy may be cited as the Environmental Protection Policies Amendment Policy (No. 1) 2003 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (AIR) POLICY 1997 2 Policy amended in pt 2 and schedule (1) This part amends the Environmental Protection (Air) Policy 1997. (2) The schedule also includes amendments of the Environmental Protection (Air) Policy 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Dictionary) Schedule 2, definition “accredited entity”— omit, insert — ‘ “accredited entity” means— (a) the Australian Home Heating Association; or (b) the Energy Information Centre in South Australia; or (c) another entity that is— (i) a recognised service provider in the industry for solid-fuel burning equipment; and (ii) not a manufacturer or importer of solid-fuel burning equipment.’.
