Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection
(NEPM - UPM) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Environmental
Protection (NEPM- UPM) Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13 is amended by deleting "1 July 2004." and inserting instead —

" 26 August 2004. ".
