1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection (ERA Standards) Amendment Regulation 2022.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Environmental Protection Regulation 2019.

3   Amendment of s 23 (Prescribed methodologies for cultivation of bananas—Act, s 81)

Section 23(2), ‘Farming in Reef catchments;’—
omit.

4   Amendment of s 24 (Prescribed methodologies for cultivation of sugarcane—Act, s 81)

omit, insert—

5   Amendment, relocation and renumbering of s 29 (Approved ERA standards)
