Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Environmental Protection (Domestic
Solid Fuel Burning Appliances and Firewood Supply)
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Environmental
Protection (Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances and
Firewood Supply) Regulations 1998*.

3.             Regulation 1A amended

Regulation IA is amended as follows:

(a)	by inserting before "In this Part — " the subregulation designation "(1)";
(b)	by deleting the definition of "AS4013" and inserting instead —

"AS/NZS 4013" means "AS/NZS 4013:1999 Domestic

solid fuel burning appliances — Method for or any Australian or Australia/New Zealand

determination of flue gas emission" published by

(c) at the end of the regulation by inserting the following

subregulation —

(2) If AS/NZS 4013:1999 is amended or a substitute

standard is made, a reference in this Part to a section of equivalent section of the amended or substituted standard.

4.           Consequential amendments to various regulations

(1)	The regulations listed in the Table to this subregulation are amended by deleting "AS4013" and inserting instead —
" AS/NZS 4013 ".

(2) Regulation 1B(1)(b)(ii) is amended by deleting "AS41013" "
