Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.
1. Citation Native Vegetation) Amendment Regulations 2005.
2. The regulations amended Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004*.

3. Regulation 5 amended follows:
(a)
by deleting item 2 and inserting the following item instead —
“
2 Clearing resulting from accidents or
to reduce danger
Clearing —
(a) for the purposes of preventing The owner of the land
