Environmental Protection and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 7 November 2016. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Environmental Protection and Other Legislation AmendmentAct 2014 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 8 November 2016. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 9 November 2016.
