ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of
the Environmental Protection Authority.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 1993.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 10 repealed
3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is repealed.
Schedule 1 amended

4. Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in item 1 (a) by deleting subitem (xxiii); and

(b) by deleting item 2.

Schedule 4 repealed

5. Schedule 4 to the principal regulations is repealed.
