School Education Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the School Education Amendment
Regulations (,Vo. 3) 2012.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on •hich these regulations ai ,e published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the School Education
Regulations 2000.

4.             Regulation 50 amended

Delete regulation 50(2). (3) and (4).

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Environmental Protection Amendment

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Environmental Protection
Regulations 1987.

4.              Regulation 2B amended

(1) In regulation 2B(I) insert in alphabetical order:

exempt nuttier means matter that is exempt under the

Freedom aflnfarmation Act 1992 Schedule 1;

(2)

Delete regulation 2B(3) and (4) and insert:

(3)	The Authority may determine that a particular minute contains exempt matter.
(4)	No part of a minute that is the subject ofa determination referred to in subregulation (3) is to be made available to a person under subregulation (2) unless a decision has been made pursuant to an access application under the Freedom af'Infarnwuion Act 1992 that the person is to be given access to the minute or part of the minute.

(5A) The Authority may revoke a determination made under

subregulation (3).

5. Regulation 2C .:mended

In regulation 2C delete "section 38(1) and (3) of the principal

Act." and insert:

section 3 8(5) and (Sc) of the Act.

6.             Regulation 3A deleted

Delete regulation 3A.
