These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2004.
2.	The regulations amended The amendment in these regulations is to the Environmental
Protection Regulations 1987*.

Regulation 4(5) is amended by inserting after "5C," —
" 5CB, ".
