Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 123 of the
Environmental Protection Act 1986, on the recommendation of the
Environmental Protection Authority.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection

2.            Schedule 6 amended

Schedule 6 of the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* is amended by inserting the following after item 25 of the entry relating to the Environmental Protection (Concrete Batching and Cement Product Manufacturing) Regulations 1998 —
