Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Environmental Protection Authority.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended

3. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a)

in subregulation (1) by deleting "$50." and substituting the following —

" $80. "; and
(b) in subregulation (2) (a) —

(i)

in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "$70" and substituting the following —

" $120 "; and

(ii)      in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "$70" and substituting the following —

" $120

Schedule 2 and 3 repealed and Schedules substituted

4. Schedule 2 and 3 to the principal regulations are repealed and the following
