2. In these regulations the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* are
referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended
3. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended —
(a)
in subregulation (1) by deleting "$50." and substituting the following —
" $80. "; and (b) in subregulation (2) (a) —
(i)
in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "$70" and substituting the following —
" $120 "; and (ii) in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "$70" and substituting the following —

Schedule 2 and 3 repealed and Schedules substituted
4. Schedule 2 and 3 to the principal regulations are repealed and the following
