Environmental Protection Act 1986

Environmental Protection Amendment

Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.             Citation

These reulations are the Environmental Protection Amendment
Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettaI day);

(b) regulation 6 on the day on hich the Fines, Penalties

and Infringement :Notices Enfnrcement Amendment

Act 2012 section 14 conies into operation;

(c)	the rest of the regulations	on the day after gazettal
day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Environmental Protection
Regulations 1987.

4.              Regulation CIA amended

In regulation 5IA delete "62(1)(h)" and insert:

(1)	In Schedule I item 12 delete "Screening, etc." and insert:
Screening etc.
(2)	In Schedule I item 70 delete "Screening, etc." and insert:
Screening etc.

Nate: The heading to amended regulation 5IA is to read:

Compliance with best practice criteria may be condition of licence
{Act s. 62(2))

(3) In Schedule I item 73 delete -chem icaIs, etc:" and insert:

6.             Schedule 7 Form 3 amended

In Schedule 7 Form 3 delete "action may he taken to suspend your Motor

Driver's Licence or Vehicle Licence until you have paid in full the inodiI cd penalty and any additional charges: and" and insert:

some or all of the fn[Io\^ing action may be taken — your driver's licence may he

suspended; your vehicle licence may he suspended or cancelled; your details maybe published on a website; your vehicle inay he imnmohilised or have its number plates removed; and n our property may he seized and sold: and
