Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Environmental Protection Authority.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Schedule 6 amended

Schedule 6 to the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* is amended by deleting the heading "Environmental Protection Regulations 1987" and items 1 to 15 beneath that heading and inserting instead —
