REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Environmental Protection Authority.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Regulation 17 amended

2. Regulation 17 (3) of the Environmental	Protection Regulations 1987* is
amended —
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting	"0.65" and substituting the

following —

it

0.55 "; and

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "0.60" and substituting the

following —

0.50
