ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1986

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Environmental Protection Authority.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection

Amendment Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 28 January 1992.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 2A amended

4.      Regulation 2A (a) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subparagraph (i) by deleting "1 Mount Street" and substituting the following —

"	38 Mounts Bay Road ("Westralia Square") "; and
(b)	by deleting subparagraph (ii).

Regulations 3 and 8 amended

5.      Regulations 3 (2) and 8 (1) of the principal regulations are amended by

deleting "on the Ground Floor, 1 Mount Street" and substituting in each case
